So, who am I?
I’m a social worker. The initials after my name are BSW, and I’m proud of that.
I have multiple years of experience working with patients and their families as a Hospital Social Worker and Discharge Planner.
I have walked, and continue to walk, the caregiver journey.
I can help you navigate the often-overwhelming maze of our healthcare system so you or your loved one can get the best possible outcome—whatever that looks like for you.
I can advocate for you with medical professionals and systems, ensuring your voice is heard and your needs are met.
I am not an MD, PA-C, NP, or a Registered Pharmacist—and that’s okay.
I cannot give medical advice, perform clinical examinations, make diagnoses, or recommend medications. That’s not my lane, and I stay in my lane.
Now, a quick but important note:
If you’re having a medical emergency, please call 911.
And because it absolutely needs to be said—if you’re struggling with a mental health crisis, please dial 988. The world is a better place with you in it, and I want you to stay.
